DealsLocal helps people suggest offers for local products, services and experiences, and presents those suggestions to local businesses. Each business decides whether to accept, decline or propose different terms.

Use of this website

Please provide accurate information when submitting a deal idea or contacting us. You must have the legal capacity to enter into any purchase or booking you choose to make.

Submitting a suggestion is not a purchase, booking or confirmed offer. We do not guarantee that every suggestion will be presented, that a business will respond, or that any particular discount, price or outcome will be available. Availability and response times may vary.

Before accepting an offer, check its confirmed price, applicable taxes and fees, expiry date, booking requirements, exclusions, and cancellation or refund conditions. The business’s confirmed terms, not your original suggestion, determine what is available. Any purchase, booking or redemption is between you and the business providing the product or service. Questions about fulfilment or refunds should be directed to that business.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
